Yeah, perfection is subjective but to me ‘nothing tastes as good as skinny feels’.
This weekend was a MESS!! I ate way too much :( Well, at least I worked those calories off. But not all of them. I went jogging for 1 hour (-600 kcal) and cycling for 30 mins (-200 kcal).
It’ll get better next week!!
